Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing/service experience with leadership experience.
• 3+ years of commercial sheet metal experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple service calls and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise service technicians on daily service calls.
• Diagnose complex commercial roofing and sheet metal issues and perform repairs.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and service priorities.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met.
• Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff.
• Train and mentor service team members.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
