Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Some knowledge of roofing systems.
• Ability to work at heights and climb ladders in all weather conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair leaks and roofing system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Complete service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Document work performed and communicate with customers.
• Ensure safety compliance on all job sites.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and materials.
