The role involves diagnosing leaks and performing repairs on various roof systems, with opportunities for leadership on field projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of general roofing experience.
• Willing to travel out of town for 2 weeks at a time; overnight travel is required.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong communication and people skills; good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and make repairs on all roof types.
• Handle small repair jobs and routine roof maintenance.
• Lead roofing service operatives on job sites and coordinate activities.

ROOFING SERVICE FOREMAN

CentiMark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Roofing Service Foreman in the Sacramento CA (Covering territory across California to Nevada) area.

$28- $35 per hour depending on experience

Job Summary:

• Ability to diagnose roof leaks
• Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs
• Small repair jobs and roof maintenance

Candidate Qualifications:

• 5 years’ general roofing experience required
• Travel out of town for 2 weeks at a time
• Overnight travel is required
• Work Holidays during plant shutdowns
• Self-motivated
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication/people skills
• Analytical skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Valid State drivers’ license (in good standing) is required
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic, TPO, PVC, and Shingles
