CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in commercial roofing, is seeking a Roofing Service Foreman in the greater Jessup area (MD) to lead on-site roof repair and maintenance efforts. You will diagnose leaks, supervise small repair jobs, and handle paperwork, time sheets, and safety policy compliance.

2+ years of commercial roofing experience and a valid driver’s license are required. This position offers competitive wages ($29–$35 per hour), growth potential, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal roof repairs.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to 25 feet.
• Able to work weekends/holidays, travel and overtime as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver's license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
