Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, seeks an experienced Roofing Service Foreman in the greater Jessup area to diagnose roof leaks, lead maintenance and small repairs. This role involves paperwork, time sheets, and adherence to CentiMark Safety Policies.

Minimum of two years' experience in commercial roofing with a valid driver's license is required; ability to lift 50 lbs and travel/overtime as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Roof Repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose commercial roof leaks and perform repairs.
• Lead in roof maintenance and small repair jobs.
• Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring Safety Policies are followed.

Job Summary:

Will diagnose commercial roof leaks & make appropriate repairs. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver's license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
