Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Roofing Service Foreman for our New Construction Division in the greater Ashburn area. You will diagnose roof leaks, lead maintenance and repair jobs, and manage paperwork per safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Knowledge of EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit., and metal roof repairs.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Lift 50 lbs, climb ladders up to 25 feet.
• Able to work weekends/holidays, travel out of town, and overtime as needed.

Job Summary

Will diagnose commercial roof leaks, make appropriate repairs and work with general contractors. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, interpreting blueprints and specs, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Ability to read blueprints & specs
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
