Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in the Sacramento area is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to oversee multiple roofing crews and ensure project success. You will plan, schedule, and communicate with the Service Director and Warehouse Manager while maintaining a safe, organized job site.

The position offers year-round work, a strong backlog of projects, frontline growth potential, and excellent employee referral bonuses. Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection is highly preferred.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email.
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills.
• The ability to interpret blueprints is a plus.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime – as needed.
