Perfect Pitch Roofing is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You'll make outbound calls to homeowners in storm-affected areas, educate them about roof damage, and schedule free inspections for our outside sales consultants.

Training is provided, and no roofing experience is required. This inside sales role features uncapped earning potential, driven by performance bonuses and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or appointment-setting preferred.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Positive attitude with a competitive mindset.
• Comfortable working toward performance goals.
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience using CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our automated dialer system.
• Contact homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Build rapport and educate homeowners on potential storm damage.
• Overcome objections professionally and confidently.
• Schedule qualified roof inspection appointments.
• Accurately update customer information in our CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointment quality.
