Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking Certified Roofing Specialists to help storm-affected homeowners recover while building rewarding, high-income sales careers in a fast-paced field. In this role, you will meet directly with clients, inspect properties for damage, guide them through roof restoration and insurance claims, and present estimates to secure agreements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for at least 40 daytime hours per week; Saturdays often required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts.
• Canvass and door-knock to generate opportunities in storm-affected areas.
• Inspect roofs, attics, and properties for storm damage.
• Educate homeowners on restoration processes and funding options.
• Work with insurance adjusters to optimize outcomes for homeowners.
• Present estimates, secure agreements, and collect payments.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
