As a Roofing Sales Trainee, you’ll learn damage assessments, respond to warm leads, canvass neighborhoods, and assist homeowners and insurers to secure optimal restoration outcomes, with clear opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or consultative experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps).
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection.
• Ability to work outdoors, including walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly; Saturdays often required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and inspecting properties.
• Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Climb onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and financing options.
• Provide estimates and funding options and collect payments as required.
• Work with insurance adjusters to facilitate best outcomes for homeowners.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team updates.
