Job summary

WinChoice in Tennessee is seeking a dynamic Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. You will connect with homeowners, assess roofing needs, and propose tailored solutions, driving sales and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication, a proven sales track record, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. In this full-time role, you will work with our installation teams to ensure successful project outcomes and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow up consistently.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of roofing materials and installation processes (training provided).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and educate them on our products and services.
• Sales Process Management: Conduct in-home consultations, provide accurate estimates, and close sales.
• Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on sales leads, including referrals, online inquiries, and company-generated appointments.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about roofing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Customer Service: Address customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience from consultation to project completion.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the roofing and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
