Job summary

Maven, a roofing and solar leader in Eastern North Carolina, is hiring for a sales-oriented role that blends consultative selling with hands-on, outdoors work. Earn uncapped commissions and pursue a six-figure income as you build trust with homeowners and close repair and rejuvenation services.

You’ll use basic hand and power tools, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and receive comprehensive training and a $1,000 bonus after you graduate and launch in your market.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (3+ years driving record).
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
• Criminal background check.
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.
• Minimum of 1 year in consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell: Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls. Build trust quickly, explain options clearly, and close repair, roof wash and rejuvenation sales.
• Repair & rejuvenate: Perform minor roof repairs. Wash and rejuvenate roofs to extend their life and improve their appearance.
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete the work you sell.
• Serve/deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business.
• Collect payments and document each job.
