Job summary

Maven Roofing, a veteran-owned, service-led roofing and solar company in Eastern North Carolina, seeks Service Professionals who blend consultative service with hands-on roof work. You will meet homeowners, explain options, complete the service, and then perform rejuvenation work yourself. No roofing experience?

We’ll train you to succeed. This is a field-focused role with uncapped commissions; first-year earnings typically $90K–$150K+.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving record.
• Able to lift 75 lbs., bend, climb, kneel, and work in varying temperatures.
• Criminal background check.
• Minimum of 1 year in consultative service.
• Basic comfort with navigation apps, tablets, and software.
• Reading and basic math skills for measurements and payments.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls and build trust.
• Explain options and complete repair and rejuvenation services.
• Perform minor roof repairs and wash/rejuvenate roofs.
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete the work.

At Maven Roofing, our Service Professionals combine consultative service with hands‑on roof work. You'll meet homeowners who already need service, win their trust, recommend the right solution, complete the service—and then perform the repair and rejuvenation work yourself. No roofing experience? We'll train you in every skill you need to succeed.

What You’ll Actually Do

This is a service role first, but you’ll also support the sales process. Every day you will:

• Serve: Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls. Build trust quickly, explain options clearly, and complete repair, roof wash and rejuvenation services.

• Repair & Rejuvenate: Perform minor roof repairs. Wash and rejuvenate roofs to extend their life and improve their appearance.

• Use basic hand and power tools to complete the work you provide.

• Serve/Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business.

• Collect payments and document each job.
