The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading roofing company to hire Roofing Sales Representatives for their Tampa, FL team. This is a high-income sales opportunity with uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, strong support, and real potential for growth.

You will meet homeowners, conduct roof inspections, guide customers through insurance and sales processes, close deals, and build referrals while enjoying a field-based schedule and earning potential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and willing to climb ladders.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience in sales, canvassing, or commission-based roles preferred.
