The Staff Pad partners with a leading, fast-growing roofing company to recruit Roofing Sales Representatives for the Rosemont, IL area. This field-based role offers uncapped commissions and comprehensive training, with strong support to help you grow your sales career.

No roofing experience is required; motivated, coachable individuals can succeed with the provided training, tools, and community support. Training and ongoing coaching are included.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.

What You’ll Earn

Year 1: $70K–$80K

Year 2: $90K–$100K

Year 3: $110K+

Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges
