The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading roofing company to recruit Roofing Sales Representatives for the Sarasota, FL area. This is a high-income, uncapped-commission sales role with comprehensive training and strong support.

No roofing experience is required if you are coachable and motivated. You will meet homeowners, conduct roof inspections, guide clients through insurance and the sales process, close deals, and grow a ref erral network.

What You’ll Earn

Year 1: $70K–$80K Year 2: $90K–$100K Year 3: $110K+ Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges Unlimited earning potential based on performance
