Job summary

thestaffpad is seeking a results-driven sales professional to meet homeowners, generate new business, and expand our roofing services across the Kansas City area. This field-based role includes training in roof inspections and guiding customers through the insurance and sales processes.

You will close deals, manage your sales pipeline, build referrals and develop repeat business, with uncapped earning potential and strong support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• No experience required — paid training provided.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.

• Year 1: $70K–$80K
• Year 2: $90K–$100K
• Year 3: $110K+
• Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges
