You will meet homeowners, conduct roof inspections, and guide clients through insurance and the sales process, with opportunities for leadership growth and a flexible field-based schedule.

What You’ll Earn

• Year 1: $70K–$80K
• Year 2: $90K–$100K
• Year 3: $110K+
• Uncapped commissions with top performers earning well beyond these ranges
