Job summary

thestaffpad is seeking driven sales professionals for a field-based role in Minnesota. You will meet homeowners, inspect roofs (training provided), and guide customers through the insurance and sales process to close deals.

Earn uncapped commissions with strong earning potential, shipped with dedicated support and a flexible schedule. Prior experience is not required; paid training is provided, with opportunities for leadership as you perform.
