The Staff Pad is seeking motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join the Kansas City, MO team. You will meet homeowners, conduct roof inspections (training provided), and guide customers through insurance and the sales process to close deals and grow your pipeline.

What You’ll Earn

Year 1: $70K–$80K

Year 2: $90K–$100K

Year 3: $110K+
