Job summary

Maverick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to grow our Greater Orlando footprint. You will canvass neighborhoods, offer free roof inspections, help homeowners file insurance claims, and close retail contracts.

Position: Roofing Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)

Location: Field-based across Greater Orlando / Daytona Beach to Port St. Lucie, FL (offices in Rockledge & Orlando -- minimal office time)

Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 (Commission-Only) -- final structure determined with ownership based on your experience

The Role

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll canvass neighborhoods, offer homeowners free roof inspections, help them file insurance claims for storm damage, and close retail roofing contracts. You’ll Be Responsible For:

What You Can Expect:

Compensation Structure (two options -- one role):

• 1099 Commission-Only: Expected first-year earnings of $80,000-$140,000 for consistent performers; established reps (years 2-3) earn up to $200,000. Uncapped commissions. Full schedule autonomy -- no mandatory office check-ins.

Commission Disclosure: This is a commission-only independent contractor position. Earnings figures represent expected ranges based on performance and are not guaranteed. Insurance claim commissions typically pay out 3-4 months after filing.

• Hands-on training directly from the owners -- ride-alongs, joint door-knocking, live inspections, and claim filing together
