Job summary

Home Restoration Experts Inc. is seeking experienced sales representatives to drive growth in Naperville and surrounding towns within a 50-mile radius. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, for roofing, siding, and window projects.

This full-time, commission-based role offers a $2,500 bi-weekly draw against commissions and strong earning potential based on performance. You will manage self-generated leads, run inspections, present solutions, and close homeowner

Qualifications

• Experience selling roofing, siding, or windows required.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-generated leads.
• Proven ability to close deals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.

Home Restoration Experts Inc. is hiring experienced sales representatives to sell roofing, siding, and window projects in Naperville and surrounding cities within a 50-mile radius. This is a full-cycle sales role for closers who are comfortable generating their own opportunities and closing deals.

Sales representatives will actively generate leads through door-to-door sales, run inspections and estimates, present solutions, and close contracts with homeowners. Additional leads may be provided based on performance and availability.

Responsibilities

Compensation Details
