ScaleHouse Talent is hiring Outside Sales Representatives in Minneapolis to engage homeowners, perform inspections, and close high-value restoration projects.

This role offers a base pay of $45,000 with uncapped commissions and on-target earnings of $120,000 to $150,000 per year. You will travel locally, present restoration services, and contribute to growth in a rapidly expanding organization.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to obtain solicitation permit where required.
• Comfortable with physical activity including walking neighborhoods and climbing ladders.
• Willing to travel locally to assigned neighborhoods and office locations as needed.
• Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to identify potential customers and generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
• Engage homeowners in a professional, friendly manner to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Perform roof inspections and assess property conditions to support recommendations.
• Present and sell restoration services including roofing, siding, and related exterior work.
• Track daily activity, leads, and sales performance to consistently improve close rates.
• Work independently while managing time, routes, and follow-up effectively.
