Job summary

Waddle Exteriors is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to build a six-figure earnings potential in Central Iowa. You will work with homeowners, present roofing and exterior options, and manage a robust sales pipeline with ongoing coaching and paid training during ramp-up.

You'll receive a company vehicle, gas card, W-2 employment, and benefits starting Day 1. This field-based role emphasizes relationships, follow-through, and goals-driven performance with uncapped commissions.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners throughout the Central Iowa market
• Conduct residential roofing and exterior sales appointments
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right roofing or exterior solution
• Present products, project options, and pricing to homeowners
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospection, referrals, networking and local relationships
• Follow up consistently with leads and customers
• Handle customer questions and objections throughout the sales process
• Work toward indovual sales and production goals
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in company systems
• Communicate with customers and internal teams throughout the project
• Partner with production and operations teams after the sales
• Represent Waddle Exteriors professionally in customer homes and throughout the community
