About the Role

As a Roofing Sales Representative in the Huntsville market, you are the face of Dr. Roof and the primary consultant for property owners in need of roofing replacements and repairs. This role is critical to our mission of setting the standard for honesty and excellence in the home improvement industry. You won't be left to navigate the field alone - we fuel your success by pairing a guaranteed base salary with a steady stream of company-provided, warm leads and dedicated administrative and estimating backup. Your mission is simple: perform thorough inspections, build authentic relationships, present solutions, and close deals.

What's In It for You

• Uncapped Compensation & On-Target Earnings (OTE):$100,000+ target in your first year, driven by a solid base salary and transparent commission payouts on completed and fully collected jobs:

• • $45,000 Base Salary
  • $3,000 Hiring Bonus
  • 12.5% of gross marginon new roof contracts
  • 15% of gross marginon roof repairs
  • Higher commission rates on self-generated leads (negotiable!)

• Warm Company Leads: Stop cold-calling all day. Access a steady stream of warm, inbound leads generated by our aggressive local marketing campaigns (Facebook, PPC, LSA, and billboards).
• Vehicle Options: $500/month vehicle allowance or a fully wrapped company truck for proven producers.
• Turnkey Operational Backing: Dedicated estimating support, production handoffs, and full office backup so you can focus on building relationships and closing sales.

Core Responsibilities

• Field Inspections:Perform physical roof inspections to identify system failures, leaks, and storm damage safely and accurately.
• Client & Adjuster Consultations:Meet directly with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters to review damage, present estimates, and guide clients through solutions.
• Deal Closing:Present clear, transparent replacement and repair proposals and secure signed agreements.
• CRM Management:Maintain accurate, real-time lead and pipeline tracking within our CRM to ensure seamless customer service.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork:Coordinate closely with our internal estimating and production teams for smooth job handoffs.

Required & Preferred Experience

• Outside Sales Background:2+ years of proven outside sales success (experience in roofing, residential construction, restoration, or home improvement is highly preferred).
• Physical Requirements:Fully comfortable climbing ladders and walking residential/commercial roofs for field inspections.
• Logistics:Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a professional, field-ready appearance.
• Preferred:Prior experience navigating insurance storm damage claims, reading estimates, or working within sales CRM software.
