Job Description:

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Roofing Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new roofing leads, conducting in-depth consultations with potential clients, understanding their roofing needs, providing tailored solutions, and estimating the potential project. This is an outside roofing sales position. Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their roofing needs.
• Provide personalized solutions and recommendations to address clients' roofing issues and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify damage, assess the condition of roofs, and provide accurate estimates for repairs or replacements.
• Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive prospecting and effective sales techniques.
