Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by generating self-sourced leads, including door-to-door canvassing.
  • Conduct professional roof inspections using video technology.
  • Educate homeowners and commercial clients on roofing solutions and close sales.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals with enthusiasm and accountability.
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up and superior service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales success (quotas, commissions, or door-to-door experience preferred).
  • Passionate, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to climb on roofs for inspections.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, laptops, and mobile technology.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Previous experience in roofing or home improvement industries.
