Heritage Roofing & Construction Company in Austin, TX is seeking Roofing Sales Representatives who are self-motivated and eager to control their income. You will manage the project from initial contact to completion, acting as your own supervisor to deliver outstanding service.

No experience? Training provided. After 90 days, you transition to a 25% uncapped commission with potential to earn $100,000–$150,000 in your first year, with ongoing career growth in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and discuss roofing solutions.
• Educate customers on the insurance restoration and roofing process.
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions.
• Manage customer relationships from contract signing through project completion.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects are completed successfully.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their projects.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
