Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding across DFW and seeks motivated individuals for roofing sales and project management. No roofing experience is required as paid training, mentorship, and tools are provided to succeed.

The role emphasizes walking storm-affected neighborhoods, educating homeowners, and guiding insurance claims while supervising roofing projects from start to finish. You can expect an energetic, fast-paced environment with incentive trips, team events, and a culture

Responsibilities

• Canvass and build relationships with homeowners.
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners.
• Inspect and educate homeowners on restoration process.
• Identify storm damage and explain the restoration steps clearly.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims from inspection to approval.
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish with a focus on customer service.
• Build your pipeline by generating referrals and long-term relationships in your territory.
