Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding its home improvement sales team in Texas. This W-2 role includes paid training, hands-on field coaching, and leadership support while you build a lucrative career through door-to-door prospecting, homeowner meetings, and insurance claim navigation.

Top performers earn substantial commissions; first-year earnings target is $150K–$200K with long-term potential well above $200K.

We provide paid training, hands-on field coaching, experienced sales leadership, and the tools you need to succeed. We're looking for people with drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Meet with homeowners and perform roof inspections.
• Identify storm-related damage and help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process.
• Build customer relationships and generate referral business.
• Manage your sales pipeline and work toward sales goals.
• Coordinate with adjusters, customers, and production teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.

• Valid driver's license.
• Pickup truck required or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights.
