Legacy Restoration LLC is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and identify exterior restoration needs. You will lead with free roof inspections and guide clients through proposals, insurance-related discussions, and closing the sale.

Expect a strong training culture, uncapped earning potential, and a compensation package including a vehicle allowance, health and retirement benefits, paid time off, and ongoing career development.

Competenze

• Currently at least 18 years of age.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• The ability to obtain any required solicitation permits.
• Willingness to travel between assigned neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
• Availability to work 45+ hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Mansioni

• Identify roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration needs for potential clients by generating leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and prospecting.
• Conduct roof inspections to assess damage and restoration needs, document findings, and take photos.
• Explain Legacy Restoration's services to homeowners and help them understand how exterior restoration relates to insurance.
• Build relationships and guide homeowners through the sales process; maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in company systems.
