Job summary

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and assess roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration needs. You will offer free roof inspections, present our high‑quality services, and move customers from initial contact to booked estimates, building trust and lasting relationships.

The role combines independence with team support in a fast‑paced, field‑based environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Willingness to travel between neighborhoods and local offices.
• Ability to work 45+ hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration needs for potential clients.
• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and company-provided leads.
• Conduct roof inspections, document findings, and take photos.
• Explain services and guide homeowners through the sales process, including insurance considerations.
