Job summary

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a Sales Representative to canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and convert inquiries into roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration projects. You will offer free roof inspections and work with a supportive team from inspection through project completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain any required solicitation permits.
• Willingness to travel between neighborhoods and local offices as needed.
• Availability to work 45+ hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• canvass neighborhoods to identify roofing/remodeling needs.
• conduct free roof inspections and explain Legacy Restoration's services.
• build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the sales process.
• maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in company systems.
