Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to canvass neighborhoods, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners from inquiry to project. You will build relationships, handle estimates, and work with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role features uncapped earnings, a vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits, including health, life, 401(k) matching, PTO, and internal training. Apply to join a growth-focused team.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to obtain required solicitation permits.
• Willingness to travel between neighborhoods and local offices.
• Availability to work 45+ hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays.

Mansioni

• Identify roofing, remodeling, and exterior restoration needs via canvassing and referrals, following up on leads and requests.
• Conduct roof inspections to assess damage, document findings, and take photos.
• Explain roofing and restoration options and relate work to homeowners' insurance.
• Build relationships and guide customers through the sales process from lead to sale.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in company systems.
