Heritage Roofing & Construction Company is expanding its sales team and seeks Roofing Sales Representatives to be the primary contact from first conversation to project completion.

Earn uncapped 25% commission with no ceiling and 90 days of paid training to learn the roofing business, sales process, and client management. Ambitious reps can reach $100,000–$150,000+ in year one as they build their book of business.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Roofing knowledge can be taught.
• Sales process can be taught; work ethic is essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Meet with homeowners and inspect properties.
• Identify potential roofing and storm-related damage.
• Educate homeowners about roofing and insurance-restoration options.
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
