Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking.
• Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration processes.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Meet with insurance adjusters to facilitate claim approvals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the process.
• Follow up to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Track activities and sales performance in the CRM.
