Mighty Dog Roofing, LLC is hiring Roofing Sales Representatives to drive growth and build relationships with homeowners seeking roofing solutions. You will lead client engagements from initial contact through project completion, conducting inspections, presenting estimates, and coordinating with insurance adjusters.

Training is provided, with a shift to a competitive commission-based income after onboarding.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct roof and property inspections to identify customer needs.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, products, and the insurance restoration process.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary to facilitate claim approvals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales and project process.
• Follow up consistently to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Track activities, opportunities, and sales performance within our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Participate in company meetings and advanced training sessions.
• Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
• Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.
