Vault Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative in Richmond, VA. This full-time role offers a base-friendly structure with uncapped commissions and company-provided appointments, enabling top earners to reach six figures in their first year.

The position emphasizes scheduling 10–15 in-home appointments weekly, no cold calling, and a comprehensive two-week training program to develop sales mastery. A successful candidate is money-motivated and able to work Mondays through Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Proven or potential sales achiever with strong communication skills.
• Comfort with technology: laptop, phone, tablet, etc.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Complete a two-week training program with the sales team.
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
