Vault Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative in Providence, RI to drive residential sales and growth. You will receive a structured training program, company-provided appointments, and a clear path to advancement while building a long-term career in home improvement sales.

Base training plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses offer strong earning potential through a 5-day workweek with Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Reliable, self-motivated candidate with excellent communication skills.
• Willing to work a 5-day week, including Saturdays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfort using technology (laptop, phone, tablet).

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two-week training program with the sales team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
