Erie Home is seeking independent sales representatives to partner with us in delivering roofing solutions to homeowners. You will build a sales business with uncapped commissions, pre-qualified appointments, and weekly pay on a commission-based model.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage your own schedule.
• Availability to meet with customers midday, evenings, or weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel locally to customer appointments.
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend stairs and ladders per safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend in-home sales appointments with prospective customers.
• Conduct product presentations and explain roofing solutions.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Use company tools to assist with measurements and estimates.
• Manage sales pipeline and close deals.
