Erie Home is hiring Sales Representatives to protect homes with expert roofing solutions. You will work with pre-qualified leads, receive paid training, and have the potential to earn substantial commissions as you close deals with homeowners.

Qualifications

• No prior sales or construction experience required.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to in-home appointments.

Responsabilités

• Start your day with a team meeting to strategize and prepare.
• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
• Use innovative software for precise measurements.
• Assess damage through ladder or attic inspections, not required to climb roofs.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.
