Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Overland Park, KS seeks a Roofing Sales Specialist to own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and inspections to closing deals and guiding projects through completion. You’ll be the homeowner’s primary contact, delivering an exceptional experience.

This W-2 role offers a guaranteed draw while you build your pipeline, with uncapped earning potential via 35% on company-provided leads and 50% on self-generated leads, plus training and strong support.

Formación

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to transport a ladder.
• 18 years or older.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation.
• Able to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated, coachable, and disciplined.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships.
• Cell phone required.
• Prior roofing/construction/outside sales experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads via canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding and document damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Manage projects from contract signing to completion; primary contact.
• Coordinate with production and operations to ensure timely completion.
• Collect payments and document jobs accurately throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive referrals and repeat business.
