Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Lake St. Louis, MO is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager (1099 Independent Contractor). You will generate leads and manage each project from inspection through final payment.

This role blends outside sales with project management. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and fielding leads; training and bonuses are provided; strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales as a core part of the role.
• Reliable transportation and ability to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on options
• Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts and collect payment
• Manage each project from contract to completion
