Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Lincoln, NE seeks a Roofing Sales Representative who also serves as a Project Manager. This 1099, independent-contractor role combines outside sales with hands-on project oversight, from roof inspection to final payment.

You’ll canvass for leads, file insurance claims, and work toward promotion to Project Manager as you close jobs. Expect commission-based earnings with training pay totaling strong yearly income potential.

Formación

• 18 or older with a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales; core part of the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined and goal-oriented.
• Reliable vehicle capable of carrying a ladder; company trucks may be available.
• Cell phone, ladder access, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals and storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters and siding, and walk homeowners through options.
• File and manage insurance claims.
• Prepare, present and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payment and manage each project from contract to completion.
