Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Lake St. Louis, MO is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative – Project Manager (1099) to blend outside sales with hands-on project management.

You’ll canvass for customers, inspect roofs, and guide projects from inspection through final payment. This is a full-time, commission-based role with $5,000 training pay and the potential to advance to Project Manager as you build a track record of successful jobs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales; essential part of the role.
• Reliable vehicle able to carry a ladder; company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean MVR.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters and siding; walk homeowners through options.
• File and manage insurance claims.
• Prepare, present and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payments and manage each project from contract to completion.
