Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Lincoln, NE seeks a Roofing Sales Project Manager (1099 Independent Contractor) to combine outside sales with full project management. You will canvass for leads, inspect properties, educate homeowners, prepare and close roofing contracts, and manage each project through completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales; core part of the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation; trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with clean MVR.
• Access to a cell phone.
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on options.
• Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payment.
• Manage each project from contract to completion.
