Burlington Windows & Doors is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support the sales team and manage daily workflows within LEAP / SalesPro. This role targets smooth contract movement from sales appointment through documentation and follow-up.

The ideal candidate has hands-on LEAP / SalesPro experience in the home-improvement sector, strong organization, and the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment in the Tampa Bay area.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with LEAP / SalesPro.
• Experience with roofing, windows and doors, remodeling, or similar residential contractor.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfortable managing multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency with everyday office software and business communications.
• Ability to work full-time in the Tampa Bay area.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily activity and workflows in LEAP / SalesPro.
• Review sales agreements, customer records, and contract documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor sold jobs and follow up on missing paperwork or outstanding items.
• Coordinate communication between sales representatives, management, customers, and production or installation teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and job records.
• Track pending contracts, financing documentation, cancellations, and other workflow items as applicable.
• Prepare reports and help management maintain visibility into sales activity and job status.
• Assist sales representatives with software questions and routine process issues.
