Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager in Omaha, NE. This 1099 independent contractor role blends outside sales with project management, requiring you to canvass for new business and manage each project from inspection to final payment.

Average earnings range from $70,000 to $150,000 per year with commission-based pay and bonus opportunities. Training and back-end support are provided to help you succeed in a year-round market.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales as a core part of the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation; company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with clean MVR.
• Access to a cell phone; ability to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
