Job summary

Quick Roofing is hiring a Roofing Sales Consultant to work in the field with homeowners, performing inspections and guiding them through the insurance claims process with our support team. You will generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, educate customers on options, and close sales while maintaining strong relationships.

Top performers earn $100,000–$250,000+ annually. Training pay of $600 for four weeks is provided, along with ongoing mentorship and clear paths for career growth

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or related sales preferred.

• Able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections when needed.

As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you’ll be out in the field connecting with homeowners, performing inspections, and navigating them through the claims process with the support of a powerhouse team behind you.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
