Quick Roofing is seeking a Roofing Sales Consultant to join our nationwide leader in roofing services. You will be in the field, conducting inspections, and guiding homeowners through the insurance claim process with support from a strong team.

We offer $600 training pay for four weeks and weekly pay with uncapped commissions. Top performers can earn substantial income, with mentorship and growth opportunities in a growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing, construction, or related sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing daily.
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required).
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity.
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Roofing Sales Consultant Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, or related industries (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence in public speaking and presentations
• Proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
